With less than 3 weeks to the Diamond Jubilee holiday, we’ve two fun book prizes to give away for taking part in our short Diamond Jubilee Competition.

Does The Queen Wear Her Crown in Bed? (Softback) 

This colourful, new, official Royal Collection guide to Buckingham Palace has been written for children, with children, and in places by children too.

It answers all the questions children really have about the Palace and The Queen – for example, how many rooms are there in the Palace, how many people come to The Queen’s summer garden parties, how long it takes to lay the table for a State Banquet – and most importantly, does The Queen wear her crown in bed?

With a BIG THANK YOU to everyone who took part, our Diamond Jubilee Survey is now closed.

The results support our view that it’s important to tell your children about the monarchy. A huge 90% of the parents who took our survey agree. 78% of parents also believe that more should be taught in primary schools and nurseries about the present day monarchy.

It appears that most of you are having a family get together this week which the Small Steps Team think is perfect! Whatever you’re doing, we hope you have a wonderful Bank Holiday Jubilee Weekend.
