    Mashed banana and avocado makes a good quick baby puree.  This can be served with or without yoghurt and it must be eaten straight away before it turns brown.

    • 2 slices avocado
    • 1/2 small banana, peeled
    • 1 tbsp natural Greek yoghurt

    How to make Avocado, Banana and Yoghurt

    Scoop the flesh of the avocado from the skin and mash it together with the rest of the ingredients.
