    • 100g frozen peas
    • 50g soft goat cheese
    • 5-6 fresh mint leaves

    How to make Minty Pea and Goat’s Cheese Purée

    1. Simmer the frozen peas in water for about 10 minutes or until hot
    2. Blend together the peas, mint and goat’s cheese.
