    This is an easy and most simple recipe to prepare Plain Jelly. This is a neat Dessert and your toddler, pre-school children, infact all the family will love it once in a while for a change. The recipe uses agar-agar powder a vegetarian alternative to gelatine.
    Plain Fruit Jelly

    • 500-750ml sweet fruit juice e.g. pineapple and mango
    • 2 heaped tsp agar agar powder (A vegetarian alternative to gelatine)
    • Soya cream

    How to make Plain Fruit Jelly
    1. Heat fruit juice until boiling. Add agar agar and allow to cook for 2-3 mins. 
    2. Pour into a jelly mould and allow to set in the fridge overnight. 
    3. Serve with soya cream.
