    Warm Vegetable Soup

    • 2 carrots 
    • 1/2 swede 
    • 1 leek (or any other veg you like)
    • 1 small onion
    • 1 garlic clove
    • butter & seasoning 

    How to make Warm Vegetable Soup
    1. Peel and dice the vegetables, heat 1tbsp of butter in a large pan. 
    2. Add the vegetables and soften for 5 minutes, stirring. Cover with water by an inch. 
    3. Season well, then bring to boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked.
    4. Blend and return to heat if desired.
