Kids love smoothies and this fruit smoothie will be one to make again and again. All you need to make this quick and easy fruit smoothie is just a banana and your favourite berry's - simple!
How to make Banana and berry smoothie
- 15g rolled oats
- 130mls milk
- 2 tbsp natural yoghurt
- 55g frozen red berries
- ½ banana
- Place all the ingredients into a blender
- Blitz until all the berries have disappeared.
- Serve immediately either as it is, over ice or with the rest of the banana for dipping.
You can use a stick blender and measuring jug to blitz the smoothie if you don’t own a blender.
