This is an easy and most simple Dessert recipe to prepare Plain Jelly. The kids will love it once in a while for a change. Ingredients.

  • 500-750ml sweet fruit juice e.g. pineapple and mango
  • 2 heaped tsp agar agar powder (A vegetarian alternative to gelatine)
  • Soya cream

Method: How to make Plain Fruit Jelly.

  1. Heat fruit juice until boiling. Add agar-agar and allow to cook for 2-3 mins.
  2. Pour into a jelly mould and allow to set in the fridge overnight.
  3. Serve with soya cream.
