Abergavenny Castle & Museum: Herefordshire. Abergavenny Museum is set in the grounds of a ‘ruined’ Norman Castle, where you can enjoy a picnic or a brisk walk on colder days.
Butterfly World: Barnet. Butterfly World is a wondrous day out for the whole family. The tropical butterfly house will this year house over 600 tropical butterflies, to include the Blue Morpho, The Monarch, Swallowtail, Owl, Helliconius, Clearwing and many more.
Farmer’s and Craft market at Sacrewell Farm: Peterborough. First Saturday of every month. Our Barn doors open at 10am until 4pm and you will find local producers selling seasonal and fresh goodies as well as a range of local crafts on sale including clothing, toys, pottery, jewellery and cards.
Neston Village fair: West Cheshire. With this year’s theme being the Olympic games, this will be a great day of family entertainment, Hog Roast, a BBQ, hot dogs, ice cream, tea tent – and of course the best selection of stalls selling home-made cakes and goodies.
