Kale Crisps

SUCCESS! Try this, my family loves them and they are so good for you too, my kids always have at least three helpings when I make these! Eat instead of potato crisps. Yummy!

Ingredients Kale Crisps
  • 1 big bunch of curly kale chopped up (throw away the tough stems)
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
How to make Kale Crisps
  1. Preheat oven to 190C
  2. Wash and thoroughly dry the Kale in a salad spinner
  3. Toss the Kale in the olive oil
  4. Spread out thinly onto baking sheets
  5. Sprinkle with a few of pinches of salt
  6. Roast in the oven for about 8-12 minutes until they are lightly browned and crispy (keep a close eye, they can burn quickly)
