How to make Small Steps Chilli
- Heat oil in large saucepan and fry garlic and onion gently for a couple of minutes.
- Put in mince and cook until lightly browned.
- Add tinned toms, chilli and cumin powder and seasoning.
- Bring to boil and simmer for 30 mins, stirring occasionally.
- Then put in the kidney beans, and simmer for 15-20 mins, stirring occasionally.
- If you are making this for your children for the first time, just add a little chilli powder and cumin. Serve their portion and then spice the rest of the mixture up for the adults.
