I live with my partners family while we wait on our own place. My father in-law takes my son every single night from 6pm til 9 pm and doesn't ask. He says 'give him to me' he tells me what to do with him all the time and if I say no - he does it anyway!! I'm scared incase my son thinks my FIL is his dad because my partner works all day and then doesn't get to spend time with his son at night because my FIL has him!! My brother in laws wife is just as bad. She is taking my son without asking me. She has woke him up in the morning and taken him while I'm asleep and told me he was crying!! When he wasn't because I caught her once trying to wake him!! I need advice as I'm really depressed about this x

You are not overreacting. I have the same problem as you, but with my Mother in Law. I wish I could give you an answer on what to do (my husband does nothing), but I cant. I guess all Im doing is letting you know that you are not alone, and I feel your pain!!
