DD2 is 6 months old and has had the most awful nappy rash for over a week now, getting steadily worse.. We've boil washed all the nappies, given her plenty of nappy off time, washed her at least twice a day in just water (she’s quite enjoying her sink dunks in the morning now on top of her bath at night.. ) and used lots of metanium but we just can’t start shifting it.
    Any ideas appreciated, thank you!

Try metanium, only about £3 a tube but is the most amazing miracle cream. My daughter had teh same and it seemed to be the only cream that worked - hers was bleeding and red and inflamed but within an hour her redness had gone!

    Hi Lillian,
You probably have this problem sorted by now but just invade or for next time. I used a 'Green People' product on my daughters eczema as nothing else would clear it & didn't want to use a steroid cream, it worked amazingly. They do a nappy cream baby balm, there products are pricey but full of good stuff & last a long time.
Hope you manage to clear it up.
