Eggy bread is a quick, simple and easy-to-make meal for your growing baby. Eggy bread is made from two of the most common and versatile ingredients found in almost all kitchens. It’s an ideal food for baby led weaning when cut into fingers served with a verity of small chunks of fruit like bananas. If you add maple syrup to the egg mixture it becomes 'French toast’ or 'Texas toast' when made with very thick-sliced bread.
