SUCCESS! Try this, my family loves them and they are so good for you too, my kids always have at least three helpings when I make these! Eat instead of potato crisps. Yummy!
Ingredients
- 1 big bunch of curly kale chopped up (throw away the tough stems)
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
How to make Kale Crisps
- Preheat oven to 190°C
- Wash and thoroughly dry the Kale in a salad spinner
- Toss the Kale in the olive oil
- Spread out thinly onto baking sheets
- Sprinkle with a few of pinches of salt
- Roast in the oven for about 8-12 minutes until they are lightly browned and crispy (keep a close eye, they can burn quickly)
