A tasty, fruity dessert

Rice Pudding with Apple and Strawberry Puree

Ingredients

50g pudding rice
600ml full fat milk
A few drops of vanilla essence
2 tsps of Organix Apple and Strawberry puree or apple puree.
Makes approx. 6 portions

How to make Rice Pudding with Apple and Strawberry Puree

Put the rice and milk in a saucepan
Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat, cover with a lid and simmer for 30-35 minutes, stirring occasionally
Stir in the vanilla essence and serve with a swirl of the fruit puree
