This mango smoothie is extra tasty and unlike some smoothies and doesn't split when it comes to room temperature thanks to the creaminess of the banana. The best way to sweeten up a smoothie is using ripe fruit. They may not look pretty, but contain concentrated natural sugars and a sweetness unlike anything else.
Ingredients
- 1 ripe mango
- 1 ripe banana
- 3 heaped tbsp Greek-style yoghurt
- 300ml/10½fl oz milk
- ice cubes (optional)
How to make Mango smoothie
- Blend all of the ingredients in a food processor until smooth and well combined.
- To serve, pour into two tall glasses.
