Bolognese for Babies

Red meat is very important for babies from 6 months because the iron they inherit from their mother runs out and the best source of iron comes from red meat.  You can make your own delicious Bolognese in minutes by combining the Annabel Karmel ‘Make It Easy’ sauce with good quality lean organic minced beef.  It’s a good idea to make four portions at a time and multiply the ingredients using 100g lean minced beef and 4 tbsp pasta shells and then freezing the 3 extra portions.
